Viory, the video news agency representing the Global South, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Sharjah, reinforcing its dedication to innovation and global storytelling. This agreement sets up a collaborative framework to boost academic, professional, and research opportunities in video content production and broadcasting services.
Under the MoU, Viory and the University of Sharjah, known for its diverse educational programs, will work together on multiple initiatives such as masterclasses, research projects, and joint activities for both students and faculty. Furthermore, Viory will offer training in advanced video production skills and provide internship opportunities to help develop the next generation of multimedia professionals.
This announcement follows on from the of 14 different agreements signed by Viory at the Global Media Congress in Abu Dhabi, further cementing its strategic expansion and commitment to amplifying the voices of the Global South and the Gulf.
