INTAMSYS and WorldSkills Strengthen Global Efforts to Empower Young Talent

  • INTAMSYS, a world-leading industrial 3D printing company, has extended its collaboration with WorldSkills International (WSI) for the 2025-2026 season. According to this agreement, INTAMSYS will remain the sole 3D printing equipment and materials provider for the Additive Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering CAD competitions at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026. This is the second year in a row that INTAMSYS and WSI have collaborated, further demonstrating their mutual dedication to promoting vocational skills education using innovative 3D printing technology.

    At the signing ceremony, David Hoey, WorldSkills International CEO, extremely commended INTAMSYS for its technological advancement and dedication to learning. He noted:

    "INTAMSYS has set new standards in competition with its industrial-grade 3D printing technology. At WorldSkills Competition 2024 in Lyon, the FUNMAT PRO 310 performed outstandingly and won international acclaim for its reliability and accuracy".

    Charles Han, INTAMSYS Founder & CEO, reasserted the firm's commitment to industry-focused education by saying:

    "We think 'Industry IS Education.' Actual skill development should be in harmony with industrial application. Our newest FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO is built for high-speed, high-strength, multi-material printing, offering competitors the best tool for overcoming tough challenges".

    Dong Hua, representative of the Sponsorship and Partnership Department of the Executive Bureau of WorldSkills Shanghai 2026, also presented important plans for the competition, noting the powerful national backing behind this international contest. The three sides had extensive exchanges on the 2026 Shanghai WorldSkills Competition, which laid a good foundation for future cooperation.

    At the conclusion of the signing ceremony, a round table forum was conducted with Alexander Amiri, Director of Sponsorship & Partnership at WorldSkills International, and Jane Stokie, Director of Skills Competitions, who presented more information on the partnership and competition.

    Cong Pang, Director of Education at INTAMSYS, stressed:

    "INTAMSYS is fully committed to earnestly participate in the next level of competition, offering competitors substantial training and preparation assistance".

    WorldSkills Lyon 2024 hosted 1,300+ competitors from almost 70 countries and regions. With Shanghai hosting in 2026, even more participants will be coming.
