It will form part of a multi-phase programme, with other projects which will spend over $2.5 billion in a 15-year period, this program is set to be initiated from a key investment-grade city in Southeast Asia.
The first five-year phase will revolutionize the ecosystems of education, by using state-of-the-art digital platforms, advanced AI capabilities and next-generation connectivity, to boost the experience of learning and the operational efficiency across the region.
