In an effort to help applicants get ready for the new, simplified version of the exam, the Educational Testing Service (ETS), which organizes the TOEFL, established a mobile app. Test takers enrolling for the shortened TOEFL iBT exam may now advance themselves with the AI-powered TOEFL Go app. Sachin Jain, Country Manager for ETS India and South Asia stated, Indian test-takers may get helpful comments and coaching on the updated format as well as acquaint themselves with the quickest English language proficiency test.
TOEFL Go app is available on PC and mobile platforms participants may prepare four comprehensive portions which offer personalized feedback and coaching. With the arrival of TOEFL Go, candidates have access to digital practice along with performance comments for all four test sections (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing), AI-powered scoring over all sections employing the exact same evaluation rubrics similar to the TOEFL iBT test, instructing and suggestions for enhancing on the speaking and writing sections, and high-level sample responses for speaking and writing with opportunities for comparison and reflection, Sachin Jain mentioned.
To provide an optimal experience for test takers, ETS, which administers the TOEFL and Graduate Record Examinations (GRE), unveiled a number of adjustments to the English language proficiency exam last month. The modifications will take effect from July 26, 2023. In total, over 12,000 schools in more than 160 nations recognize TOEFL, which is widely recognized in well-known nations including Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, and is also recognized by over 98 percent of colleges in the United Kingdom.
