The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and PeopleStrong Academy, the educational division of PeopleStrong (a prominent Enterprise Work and HR Tech company in Asia), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at equipping young people with skills essential for the industry, particularly in HR Technology.
The partnership will utilize PeopleStrong Academy's comprehensive HR Tech courses and CII's industry expertise to offer educational opportunities to students, professors, and HR professionals throughout India and the Middle East. The academy's courses will be structured according to the National Skills Qualification Framework, ensuring students receive credit-based certifications within the new National Credit Framework.

Through this dynamic collaboration with PeopleStrong Academy, professionals will gain cutting-edge skills to lead in the digital HR era, driving innovation and excellence in the industry", said Sougata Roy Choudhury, Executive Director - Skills at CII.
PeopleStrong Academy plans to upskill over 100,000 individuals in the next three years, aiming to improve employability, stimulate growth, and enhance productivity. This initiative supports India's aspiration to become the world's third-largest economy through specialized training and certifications. The academy provides a wide array of HR Tech programs, having trained more than 13,000 professionals and delivered 1 million hours of training. Through its partnership with CII, the academy will receive accreditation from the National Council of Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), as stated.
