A Singapore-based executive education firm named XED promises to offer a wide range of programs targeted to the needs of employed individuals and organizations. The organization asserts to be active in cities including Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, and New York. Additionally, it has formed collaborations alongside academic institutions, namely Chicago Booth University, Oxford University, Leeds University, Singapore Management University, and Cornell University New York. Founder and CEO of XED, John Kallelil, mentioned. “We offer two types of programs custom and enterprise, along with public programs. Our offerings include the CXO Leadership Programme (online format), CHRO Leadership Programme, and Oxford Senior Executive Leadership Programme. Our workforce is primarily based in India, but we also have employees who frequently travel to and work in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and New York, he stated.
XED asserts that its Oxford SELP program has a duration of nine months, with one week spent in Dubai, followed by another week at Oxford. Toward the end of the program, there are 16 Live sessions conducted by the Oxford faculty. The total fees for this comprehensive program amount to $25,000. “The fees for 100% online programs are typically in the range of $4,500, while classroom-based and online blended programs tend to be around $25,000. Approximately 35-40% of the participants in our various programs are Indian nationals, while the rest come from various regions around the world, including the Middle East and the Far East”, Kallelil specified.
Under the company, each of its courses is particularly created for extremely senior working professionals, who have a standard experience of 22 years and are typically in their 40s, 50s, or even older. Delivering sponsorships for executive education may not be a regular practice for them because of the result. The beneficial proposition they offer to their prospective customers serves as the basis for this choice. “The primary goal of our executive education is to enable these seasoned professionals to further enhance their knowledge and expertise. By participating in the program, they seek to amplify their existing knowledge and skills, while also gaining valuable insights into executive-level practices and strategies”, he expounded.
