The Putra Brand Awards, is an annual ceremony that acknowledges the most favored brands in Malaysia. These brands have successfully established strong relationships with consumers through effective branding strategies. The winners were chosen based on a survey involving over 11,000 participants. Universiti Teknologi, a Malaysian research university founded on January 10, 1997, is entirely owned by Petroliam Nasional Berhad, the country's oil and gas multinational corporation. The university's campus spans 400 hectares (990 acres) in the new Seri Iskandar township, Perak, Malaysia. The university engages in research activities across six areas: self-sustainable building, transport infrastructure, health analytics, hydrocarbon recovery, contaminant management, and autonomous systems.
