Chen Wei, deputy director of the Ministry of Education's Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges, underscored the imperative for top-tier talent to support China's ambitions for developing new high-quality productivity forces. He urged universities to deepen their global partnerships to foster creative individuals with a global perspective, envisioning their role in advancing worldwide sustainability and promoting a shared future for the international community.
