According to Christopher Daniel, managing director and senior partner at BCG, Saudi Arabia is playing a pivotal role in addressing the growing global talent shortage. Factors such as the quality of job opportunities, attractive income, tax benefits, and cost of living, coupled with assurances of safety and stability, are cited by respondents as key reasons for choosing the Kingdom.
