Khalifa University (KU), situated in Abu Dhabi, provides full or partial scholarships to all full-time master's and doctoral students admitted to its programs. Scholarships encompass 50, 75, or 100 percent coverage of tuition fees, accommodation, health insurance, and a competitive monthly stipend. Additionally, support for air travel expenses between the student’s home country and Abu Dhabi may be available.

Applicants undergo review and are allocated to specific scholarship tiers based on academic achievement and other relevant factors. However, meeting the criteria for a particular tier doesn't guarantee a scholarship, as availability is limited.

Furthermore, in March 2023, Khalifa University's Petroleum Engineering department achieved the 8th rank globally in the 2023 Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings by Subject for Engineering and Technology.
