NetDragon's Strategic Alliances Transform Human Potential in Saudi Arabia

  • NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited, a prominent player in constructing online communities, is thrilled to declare a series of strategic collaborations aimed at revolutionizing the educational technology landscape in Saudi Arabia. These endeavors were disclosed at the Saudi Arabia Human Capability Initiative event in Riyadh, signifying a substantial advancement in the Kingdom's educational progress under the visionary leadership of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud. The conference, attended by participants from over 100 nations, has set a benchmark for global initiatives focused on unlocking human potential.

A group of top-level executives led by Dr. Simon Leung, Vice Chairman of NetDragon, participated in signings and discussions during the event, including a crucial meeting with Dr. Yousef Al-Benyan, the Minister of Education, to explore opportunities for integrating advanced educational technologies and methodologies into Saudi Arabia's education system. The discussions resulted in a common understanding and are anticipated to lay the groundwork for close collaboration between NetDragon and the Ministry of Education in identifying and evaluating innovative education technology solutions that will enhance the quality and accessibility of education nationwide.

NetDragon has entered into an Executive Programme Agreement with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation ("TVTC"), the government agency overseeing vocational education and training in Saudi Arabia. This agreement encompasses collaboration in areas such as virtual training hubs, digital vocational content, learning management systems, and e-sports. The signing of this agreement follows the recently signed MOU between the Ministry of Commerce in the People's Republic of China and TVTC, aiming to strengthen collaboration between the two countries to improve the quality of technical and vocational training.

Additionally, NetDragon has inked an MOU with The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, serving as the initial entry point into the K-12 market in Saudi Arabia. This positions NetDragon strongly to expand its educational technology solutions. The scope of the MOU spans cooperation opportunities in joint research on educational technology and partnerships in designing and implementing comprehensive educational technology projects. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of H.E Eng. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Salem, the President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, underscored the high level of commitment and support for this initiative.
