King Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has launched an initiative aimed at attracting top-tier graduate students from Saudi Arabia and around the world. This initiative is part of the university’s efforts to advance higher education and scientific research, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on developing competencies to support sustainable development. The scholarship program is designed to attract talented students, especially as the demand for advanced scientific and research skills continues to grow.

- Computer Sciences
- Engineering
- Basic and Applied Sciences
- Health and Medical Sciences
PhD Scholarship Requirements: Applicants must meet the following general requirements set by KSU's Deanship of Graduate Studies:
- A Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- English proficiency: Minimum TOEFL score of 61 (IBT), IELTS score of 6, or STEP score of 85. Waivers are available for applicants from certain countries (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand).
- Two letters of recommendation.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with recent publication or patent evidence, if available.
- Statement of Purpose.
- GRE general test is preferable but not mandatory unless specified by the program.
- A personal interview (virtual or in-person) may be required.

- Master’s degree certificate.
- Official TOEFL, IELTS, or STEP scores.
- Two letters of recommendation.
- CV with evidence of a recent publication or patent.
- Statement of Purpose.
- GRE scores (if required).
- Additional requirements set by the department/program.
