Kazakh Senator Highlights Educational Ties with Turkiye

  • According to Nurtore Zhusip, chairman of the Senate Committee on Socio-Cultural Development, mutual interests in education between Kazakhstan and Turkiye will play a key role in fortifying the spiritual ties between the two nations.

Talking to Turkish ambassador Mustafa Kapucu on Thursday, Zhusip said that cooperation should be limited to historical and lingual studies. "Common interest in these fields contributes significantly to the intensification of spiritual ties between our people," he said.

On its part, the Senate of Kazakhstan stated that "The role that the republican partner plays for the Turkic state in the sphere of trade and economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation is extremely important".

Zhusip also emphasized fast-growing Kazakh-Turkish relations since a formal establishment in 1992 by signing huge deals, representing their long history of cooperation with one another.

Our countries continue to strengthen ties through student exchanges, cultural events, and collaborative scientific research", said Zhusip. He added that shared interests in history and language not only deepen bilateral relations but also enhance the global standing of both nations and support regional development.

The remarks reaffirm the growing cooperation between the two nations, highlighting their commitment to fostering educational and cultural connections for mutual benefit.
