HUTECH Greeted Taipei's Lunghwa University of Science and Technology

  • Representatives from Lunghwa University of Science and Technology and HUTECH, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Tung, Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Commerce, Dr. Le Duc Thang, Vice Dean, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, Vice Dean, Dr. Nguyen Van Bao, Head of International Finance, and Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong, Vice Director of the Institute of International Education, convened to discuss training programs, facilities, and educational advantages. The focus was on admission plans and student exchange activities to offer students a high-quality learning environment and holistic development.

    The Faculty of Finance and Commerce highlighted its mission of blending theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Students regularly engage in hands-on practice with modern accounting, finance, banking, and business software, along with simulations of financial and accounting operations, virtual businesses, stock markets, commercial activities, and e-commerce.

    The discussion aimed to enhance learning opportunities and overall student growth, preparing them to become global citizens in the future. Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, a private institution in Taiwan's vocational education system, emphasizes technical skills and creativity for national development. It offers various undergraduate majors including electronics, business, mechanics, engineering, finance, philology, international business, industrial management, multimedia and gaming science, tourism and leisure science, and computer science. Graduate students focus on electronics, engineering, computer science, and finance.

    LHU boasts a significant contribution of engineering, computer science, and business graduates to prominent firms like HTC, TSMC, and UMC, with generous philanthropic support within Taiwan's vocational and technical education systems.
