First Training Programme in Riyadh by VFS Global Academy Sees Full Job Placement

  • VFS Global Academy proudly announces the successful completion of its first training programme in Riyadh, in partnership with Transformative Solutions Consulting, a leading Saudi-GCC consulting and educational firm focused on empowering individuals and organizations through innovative leadership and human capital development initiatives. Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, the programme aimed at enhancing skills in the hospitality and tourism sectors, achieving a remarkable 100% job placement rate for all 20 graduating interns.

    The pioneering batch comprised students from various universities, including government universities, who underwent a comprehensive 3-month Certificate Programme in Tourism and Hospitality Management. The curriculum encompassed a diverse range of modules, including:

    The programme featured a distinguished faculty, including local experts and international guest lecturers such as Dr. Ruchita Verma, Dean of VFS Global Academy, and Ms. Shivani Bahl, Consultant to the British High Commission – Dubai.

    As part of the academic partnership, students were awarded certificates of completion from the University of Cambridge. This collaboration will expand to offer exclusive short programmes in fields such as Tourism, Entrepreneurship, Science Innovation, and more, all within the Cambridge ecosystem. VFS Global Academy will also soon begin offering short courses to students from other universities, focusing on tourism, hospitality, and hotel management. These courses will include paid internship opportunities, international student exchanges with China, and workforce development initiatives. Additionally, an online English language learning programme has been arranged for a select group of students to enhance their business communication skills.
