  • Epson, a leading global technology company, has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Education (DepEd), represented by Oranbo Elementary School and Demetrio Tuazon Elementary School, as part of the Adopt-A-School Program. This partnership aims to bridge educational gaps by providing necessary resources, equipment, and learning materials to public schools through a public-private collaboration.

Acknowledging the rapid evolution of technology, Epson Philippines recognizes the importance of integrating it into the classroom to enhance students' learning experiences. To this end, Epson has generously equipped the selected schools with cutting-edge projectors, printers featuring Epson's heat-free technology, and compact scanners.

Masako Kusama, President and Director of Epson Philippines emphasized the pivotal role of technology in shaping the future of education, affirming Epson's commitment to delivering sustainable and innovative solutions that facilitate better learning outcomes for students.

The signing ceremony took place at Epson Philippines' headquarters in Pasig, with key attendees including Masako Kusama, Director Margarita Ballesteros from DepEd's Partnerships Service-Adopt a School Program Secretariat, and School Heads Shirley Alhambra and Diosdado Manubag from Demetrio Tuazon Elementary School and Oranbo Elementary School, respectively.

Expressing gratitude for Epson's partnership, Manubag highlighted the transformative impact of the sponsorship on teaching methodologies and student engagement, anticipating enhanced learning experiences for all.
