ENOC Partners with Emirates Institute to Develop Future-Ready Energy Workforce

  • ENOC Group, a prominent global energy company, has announced a strategic partnership with the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF), the leading financial education and training institution in the region. This collaboration aims to offer targeted training and certification programs designed to enhance the technical and practical skills of its workforce.     The agreement was signed in the presence of His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC; H.E. Saif Al Dhaheri, Vice Chairman of the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) and Assistant Governor for Banking Operations and Support Services at the Central Bank of the UAE; H.E. Noura Alblooshi, General Manager of the Emirates Institute of Finance; and Hesham Ali Mustafa, Managing Director of Shared Services, Group Human Resources & New Business Development at ENOC Group. This event took place during the 23rd edition of Ru’ya, Careers UAE, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

    Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), ENOC employees will gain access to a vast library of EIF’s courses and resources tailored to the energy sector and aimed at upskilling everyone from beginners and professionals to domain experts. The EIF Annual Training Plan (ATP) will offer multiple public schedules and exclusive training sessions covering the entire spectrum of the financial domain for all levels from foundation through to masterclass level.

    The EIF E-learning platform (Insight) provides access to 150 unique courses that can be taken at one's own pace, available 24/7, along with a downloadable certificate upon completion. Additionally, on the EdX platform a global learning initiative established by Harvard and MIT employees can further develop their skills and boost productivity through a variety of scalable professional development solutions from prestigious universities. These offerings include live sessions, video lectures, assessments, discussion forums, and practical applications in real-world scenarios.

    ENOC employees can also access tailored training and Emiratisation programs aimed at supporting Emiratization objectives. They will have the chance to pursue globally recognized professional certifications to further their career advancement. Additionally, complimentary industry-specific EIF webinars, conducted by sector experts, will provide valuable insights into relevant topics.
