Odoo has entered into a partnership and signed a memorandum of understanding with the Faculty of Business at City University of Macau, introducing the Odoo Education Program. This initiative aims to equip students with essential business software skills and prepare them for their future careers through interactive workshops and real-life business scenarios.
On March 4, Ivan Kwok, Odoo's Education Officer, delivered an engaging lecture to first-year students at the Faculty of Business, emphasizing the growing significance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and contemporary business management trends.
During the session, students received an interactive demonstration of the Odoo software, providing them with insights into how this powerful tool can optimize workflows, boost team productivity, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Expressing excitement for the workshop, the Education Officer of Odoo APAC remarked, "This workshop provides students with a valuable opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios using Odoo. I look forward to witnessing their innovative ideas materialize during their upcoming business simulation project."
In addition to interactive workshops, the partnership offers students and faculty members complimentary access to comprehensive training materials and lectures on all Odoo Online applications, supporting academic endeavours at the Faculty of Business, City University of Macau.
