Bright Capital Investment has partnered with Reigate Grammar School International to establish a network of premium UK curriculum schools in the UAE. The signing ceremony in Dubai welcomed Shaun Fenton OBE, Executive Headmaster of Reigate Grammar School, and Sean Davey, Global Business Director for Reigate Grammar School International, alongside the Bright Capital Team.
Bright Capital, a prominent school operator and investment firm in the UAE, aims to create one of the region's largest educational platforms. Their current portfolio includes investments in four Dubai-based schools: Bright Learners Private School and three campuses of Star International Schools.
Founded in 1675 in London, Reigate Grammar School is highly esteemed, ranking among the top 20 private schools in the UK based on A-Level results in 2023. Reigate Grammar School and its international arm operate six schools worldwide, including locations in the UK, Saudi Arabia, China, and Vietnam. Reigate Grammar School, Riyadh, launched in 2022, has quickly grown to 1,200 students, with a waiting list, making it one of the fastest-growing premium schools in Saudi Arabia.
Fenton expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the goal of establishing world-class schools in the UAE. He emphasized the importance of the global village philosophy, which aims to help every child realize their potential and become global citizens with a noble purpose. This collaboration with Bright Capital is seen as a significant step in expanding Reigate’s presence in the UAE. Both institutions are committed to fostering international connections, providing exceptional educational opportunities, and creating cultural and learning links across continents. This will include visitation and exchange opportunities for students and staff, enriching the Reigatian community.
