Aston University and Kaplan Singapore launch Postgrad Programs

  • Aston University and Kaplan Singapore have formed a new partnership, marking a significant milestone for Aston Business School's entry into Singapore. The collaboration was formally launched at a signing ceremony attended by Dr. Susie Khoo, President of Kaplan Singapore, and Professor Zoe Radnor, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean of Aston University’s College of Business and Social Sciences.

    Beginning in autumn 2024, a range of postgraduate degree programs will be offered through this partnership, including Doctor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in various fields such as business analytics, digital marketing and strategy, engineering business management, financial management, and supply chain management.

    Professor Aleks Subic, Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive of Aston University expressed pride in establishing Singapore as one of their key educational hubs in Asia as part of their Aston 2030 Strategy. He highlighted the strategic collaboration's potential for global engagement, including business and industry partnerships, as well as workforce development in key growth sectors.

    Dr. Susie Khoo emphasized the importance of this partnership in meeting the evolving workforce landscape's knowledge needs, as identified in SkillsFuture Singapore's report on Skills Demand for the Future Economy. She highlighted Aston University's prestigious reputation and its alignment with current and future industry demands, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the dynamic environment.
