The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation (AGF), in partnership with Skyrize Partners and Accenture, celebrated the completion of the 11th cohort of the Nomu Al Ghurair Women Empowerment Program. This milestone marked the first cohort of 2025 and highlighted Dubai’s role as a center for innovation and leadership in the UAE.
The program empowered over 450 Emirati and Arab women, equipping them with essential skills in leadership, problem-solving, and digital innovation to thrive in today’s competitive job market. Participants engaged in workshops covering topics such as time management and strategic leadership, and completed a capstone case study, "Driving Sustainability Through Digital Innovation," which allowed them to apply their skills to real-world challenges.

At the conclusion of the program, participants presented their innovative solutions to a panel of industry leaders, highlighting their ability to combine sustainability with digital innovation.
