ADNOC Technical Academy Launches Campus in Al Dhannah City

  • ADNOC Technical Academy (ATA) inaugurates a new campus in Al Dhannah city, underscoring ADNOC's dedication to developing UAE National talent. This commitment aims to empower future leaders in contributing to both the company's resilience and the nation's economic progress.

The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of notable figures, including Nasser Mohammed Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ruler’s Representative Court, Al Dhafra Region, and Yaser Saeed Al Mazrouei, ADNOC Executive Director. Yaser Saeed Al Mazrouei emphasized ADNOC's ongoing investment in nurturing UAE National talent to equip them with technical skills essential for the energy industry. The focus is on preparing future leaders to bolster the UAE's long-term growth and prosperity.

The new campus introduces a foundation program spanning six to 12 months, preparing students for ATA's core technical curriculum. This foundational phase emphasizes key subjects such as English, mathematics, science, and health safety and environment (HSE). Geared towards young UAE Nationals seeking top-notch academic training, this program serves as a prerequisite for enrolling in the core Diploma program at ATA's Abu Dhabi campus.

Established in 1978, ATA has functioned as ADNOC's training arm, delivering specialized educational programs to UAE Nationals and ADNOC employees. Offering a comprehensive approach, these programs encompass theoretical studies, practical experience, and on-the-job training across ADNOC's operational sites. The academy plays a crucial role in shaping skilled professionals for the energy industry.
