The 2025 China International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET) will be held from April 11 to April 20, providing Chinese students with valuable information about studying abroad. The event will take place in four major cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, and Guangzhou.
According to Wang Daquan, director-general of the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange under the Ministry of Education, this year’s exhibition has attracted 246 universities and educational institutions from 24 countries and regions. Nearly 450 exhibition booths will be set up to help students find the best study options.
While the exhibition will include many well-known study destinations like the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, it will also feature institutions from countries like Ecuador, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Poland, and Vietnam. This gives students a wider range of options for their international education journey.
One of the main features of the exhibition will be a series of lectures and on-site consultations. These sessions will cover important topics for students, such as how to get academic degrees recognized overseas, as well as job and business opportunities for students returning to China after studying abroad. These talks aim to help students make informed decisions about their futures.
In addition to the exhibition, the China Study Abroad Forum will take place in Beijing on April 11. This forum will focus on the theme of ‘Quality, Trust, and Safety: for the Sustainable Development of International Education’. It will discuss how to ensure a safe and high-quality experience for students studying abroad.
Several important reports will also be released at the event, including the Overseas Credential Evaluation Report, a Blue Book on Chinese students studying abroad, and a report analyzing the employment trends of returning Chinese students. These reports will provide useful insights into the international education market and the future of returning students.
The CIEET 2025 is expected to be a key event for Chinese students interested in pursuing education abroad, offering them a chance to explore study opportunities, learn from experts, and plan for their academic futures.
