Abu Dhabi(DoH) teams up with MBZUAI & Core42 for AI Healthcare Academy

  • During Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week (ADGHW), the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), the regulatory body for healthcare in the Emirate, joined hands with Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) and Core42, a G42 company specializing in AI solutions, to establish the global AI Healthcare Academy. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by Dr. Rashed Obaid Al Suwaidi from DoH, Sultan Al Hajji from MBZUAI, and Talal Al Kaissi from Core42 marks a significant step towards advancing technology-driven healthcare systems.

    This collaboration underscores Abu Dhabi's commitment to being a frontrunner in healthcare and life sciences. The primary goal is to create a cooperative framework that strengthens the Emirate's position in utilizing technology and data for healthcare advancements.
