The MoU intends to build cooperative relations in both nations' higher education institutions through direct agreements, conferences, seminars, courses, scientific and educational exhibits, and lectures on issues of mutual interest. Both parties seek to interact and share expertise in scientific and educational fields, notably in scientific research, higher education legislation, and quality assurance frameworks, according to the Agreement. They also assist the development and enhancement of joint degree programs at the bachelor's, master's, and doctorate levels, as well as the agreement on other areas of cooperation. Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, UAE Minister of Education, emphasized the importance of strengthening UAE-Turkey ties, which are built on constructive collaboration and strong strategic partnerships to serve the people of both countries.
