The Saudi Water Authority(SWA) and Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship (MBSC) have recently formed a high-potential development program that will help address SWA's needs for stronger talent pipelines, as well as MBSC's vision to build impactful leaders with entrepreneurial spirit.
The HIPO Development Program gives participants the unique opportunity to hone their leadership skills, unlock their full potential, and acquire the competencies needed to drive organizational excellence and high performance. The program is in line with the shared goal of both institutions: to develop leadership and empower the next generation of leaders in Saudi Arabia.

The MoU also underpins a shared vision to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by diversifying the national economy and enhancing competitiveness at both local and international levels.
