The Institute of Management Technology (IMT) recently wrapped up ABHYUDAY 2024, its prominent Management Orientation Program for the 2024-26 batch. Commencing on June 19, 2024, the event served as a significant milestone in the academic path of new PGDM students, acquainting them with IMT Hyderabad's culture and equipping them for future academic endeavors.
During ABHYUDAY 2024, students engaged in a wide range of activities designed to promote all-round development. This intensive 10-day module featured academic orientation sessions covering diverse management topics and hands-on workshops focusing on Excel and presentation skills. These activities aimed to equip students with practical tools crucial for their academic and career advancement.
As part of ABHYUDAY 2024, IMT Hyderabad’s Community Connect initiative provided students with a transformative experience by collaborating with various NGOs and charitable organizations across Hyderabad. Visits to organizations like Nirmaan Foundation, Balavikasa Foundation, Natco Foundation, Lepra Society, Swarna Bharat Trust, and Kanha Shanti Vanam highlighted a diverse range of impactful initiatives. These engagements underscore IMT Hyderabad’s dedication to fostering socially responsible business leadership.
The finale of ABHYUDAY 2024 featured an outbound activity where students took part in team-building exercises and adventure sports. This experience strengthened camaraderie among them and enhanced the leadership skills necessary for their future managerial roles. Dr. Sriharsha Reddy, Director of IMT Hyderabad, expressed his satisfaction with ABHYUDAY 2024, stating, “This year’s program has laid a robust foundation for our students, integrating academic excellence with practical learning experiences.
