Schools in regions including Dharwad, Belgavi, Chickmagaluru, Yadgir, Hassan and Tumkuru have been pinpointed and it marks the beginning of the transformative journey.
The partnership also includes key NGO partners such as the Menda Foundation, Youth for Seva and Selco Foundation, which played an important role in propelling the project forward. As a result of this partnership, Next Education’s digital classroom solutions, known as Teach Next, were consistently integrated with Selco’s renewable solar energy solutions. Some of the key points of this collaboration include the involvement of 1200 schools in Rural Karnataka and elaborating further on more than 200 schools in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Bihar. Additionally, the achievement of over 1400 solar-driven digital classrooms has created a transformative learning environment.
