The training conference with the participation of teachers of physics from general education schools in Mongolia continues for the second day. The training and consultation are aimed at discussing the problems of the implementation of the physics curriculum, teaching and learning, promoting experience and cooperation, as well as methodological support for the development of children in physics. The measuring instruments used during the Asian Physics Olympiad will be distributed to secondary schools and training will be provided. There are 1,248 physics teachers in 859 general education schools in Mongolia. 45.2% of them are men, which is high compared to other subjects. 28.4% of these teachers have been working for more than 20 years, and 38.7% are young teachers who have been working for 1 to 10 years. There are 20 physics teachers with consultant status on the staff. The training conference is attended by 750 teachers of physics of secondary schools, 800 teachers of the Ministry of Education and Science, scientific specialists, university professors.
