Motion Education plans to spend INR 10 million on 100 new centers, hire more than 700 mentors

  • With an investment of 10 million Indian rupees for the financial year 2024, Motion Education, a coaching institute located in Kota, announced its business expansion strategy.To increase teacher to student ratios, the Coaching Institute intends to open 100 new coaching centres through its franchising and recruit over 700 tutors as part of this expansion plan. In particular, the investment will be made to integrate new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and smartboards, content creation as well as pedagogical developments in areas such as education. The coaching institute has opened 45 centres during the past two years, with a total of 55 centers in 15 states. And planning to open more than 30 new centres in south India.

    In his announcement of expansion plans, Nitin Viijay, the founder & CEO of Motion Education said that we intend to extend our presence through franchise model in all parts of India with a commitment to provide best education for students. Our business model is aimed at meeting the maximum number of students who cannot relocate to new cities in order to enter medical or engineering schools.This new and innovative development is helping students to plan their own education, allowing them to prepare for the exams. The educational institution wants to improve the learning process for students through this initiative. The CPS machines are intended for JEE and NEET aspirants only. Since its inception, it has spread to over 50 centres and benefited more than 35,000 students.
