The ICEF Middle East Scholarship Forum will be held in February 2024 in collaboration with the International ICEF Network and the Gulf Conferences Foundation (GC). The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation signed an agreement to host the forum, which will serve as an effective dialogue platform connecting international stakeholders in higher education with the most important institutions providing scholarships in the Middle East region. The forum will allow all participants to communicate and dialogue with over 100 leading scholarship institutions, with the goal of establishing long-term partnerships between government funders and academic institutions seeking to attract international students. It also seeks to strengthen the relationship between governments and leading universities, to encourage academic institutions to seek accreditation from international accreditation bodies, and to facilitate communication with policymakers interested in developing and improving international scholarship programs. The International ICEF Network is a global institution that organizes educational conferences and exhibitions while also establishing a network of global educational partnerships through its annual events and activities in various countries around the world.
