As we enter 2024, and business education is approached with a different outlook toward its landscape to pace with the global transitions. Business schools now lay major emphasis on the individual and diverge from conventional course curriculum, growth parameters, communication skills, and expression. This shift reflects a commitment to the shaping of flexible, agile leaders who will be able to deliver effectively and efficiently in the complex business environments of today.IBusiness plays a very significant role in global operations; hence, everybody, irrespective of profession, needs to understand its basic concepts to a good level. Successfulness either as an entrepreneur or as an employed professional becomes tough if one does not have a full understanding of the basics in business. Thus, a business degree would be a good career investment. If a person gets a proper all-around education in business, he/she shall definitely get financial gains, but simultaneously, he shall get intrinsic value also, which cannot be measured by money. Bangladesh is fast developing its education sector to produce skilled workforces for both local and global requirements. Though a number of universities in the country offer business administration degree, all of them cannot maintain a consistent quality of education. The country has an education system ranging from primary, secondary to higher secondary level that is highly subsidised by the government. Tertiary education comprises more than 15 state universities financed through the University Grants Commission as well as a combination of public, private and international institutions totalling 40 public universities and a good number of private ones.
