Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh al-Nuaimi, Undersecretary of MoEHE, inaugurated the festivities under the theme titled "Earth Allies," which is to last for a period of two days.This year's event witnesses participation by students at all levels of education from across both Public and Private schools in the country.
Maha Zayed al-Ruwaili, Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs, referred to this edition, which is now a cherished educational tradition for students, as those vying for a chance to showcase their skill sets in designing and programming educational robots respond quite well to the aspirational realm of Qatar's vision.She further noted that this year's theme reinforces the intention of Qatar National Vision 2030.
Other NRO partners cooperating in achieving a common directive successfully established the competition-is Doha University of Science and Technology-for an out-of-classroom training opportunity to build on students' digital skillset, she further continued by thanking all partners, organizers, and trainers for their relentless support toward educational initiatives.
A NRO is a competition at both national and international aspects with aims of facilitating higher-order thinking among students, teamwork ability, as well as development of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, artificial intelligence, and scientific research.
