These interactive school visits reflect Du's dedication to empowering youth and fostering Emiratisation, representing a notable achievement in the company's mission to motivate and support the future careers of UAE nationals.

In partnership with prominent local educational institutions such as Dubai National School, School of Research Science, American Academy for Girls, and Hamdan Bin Rashid School, du organized enriching opportunities. These experiences aimed to offer students a comprehensive understanding of the diverse professional landscapes within du's operational framework.

Fatema Al Afeefi as Head of Employee Experience and HR Digitalization at du said, “This initiative reflects our commitment to investing in the nation's future leaders, and we are delighted with the positive feedback and the impact our educational visits have had on the students. Our goal was providing the students with insights into our operations, expose them to diverse career paths that the telecommunications sector offers and possibly direct their academic interests towards these professions. We look forward to continuing our support and investment in the education sector and the empowerment of UAE’s youth through similar initiatives in the future”.

During their visit, students enjoyed a thorough tour of du’s headquarters in Dubai Hills, gaining firsthand exposure to the essential operations and technological advancements that underpin the company's achievements. Interactive sessions with experts in various fields further enhanced the student's educational experience, offering insights into the wide array of careers available within du and the telecommunications sector.

Students engaged in interactive and hands-on sessions that included simulations and practical tasks, providing them with opportunities to apply their academic knowledge in real-world contexts. This combination of theoretical learning and practical experience ensured a dynamic and enriching educational journey, fostering a meaningful connection between students and the telecommunications industry.
