Docquity, Southeast Asia's largest community of healthcare professionals (HCPs), has partnered with the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC) to strengthen preventive medicine education for HCPs across Vietnam. This collaboration aims to address the nation’s evolving healthcare challenges by providing updated learning resources through a dedicated educational channel on the Docquity app.
Over the next three years, this initiative will leverage Docquity's advanced platform technologies, content expertise, and vast HCP network to deliver high-quality educational materials to more than 3,000 Vietnamese HCPs. The channel will cater to professionals in preventive medicine, family medicine, general practice, internal medicine, nutrition, nursing, public health, and related fields, ensuring access to the latest advancements in disease prevention and professional guidelines.
"HCP education is crucial for tackling public health challenges and fostering resilient communities", said Christophe Meugnier, Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager of Vietnam & Thailand at Docquity. "Our digital capabilities will amplify HCDC’s expertise in preventive medicine and make high-quality education accessible to HCPs across Vietnam, enabling them to deliver better care to their patients".
Dr. Spec II. Nguyen Hong Tam, Director of HCDC, emphasized the importance of preventive medicine in addressing current and future health crises. "HCDC’s mission is to provide HCPs with updated healthcare information and educate the public on disease prevention. By collaborating with Docquity, we aim to equip Vietnam’s HCPs with cutting-edge knowledge and scientific advancements, enhancing healthcare efficiency nationwide", she said.
This partnership builds on Docquity’s commitment to empower Southeast Asian HCPs with resources and tools to improve healthcare delivery. It also expands HCDC’s efforts to strengthen the preventive medicine network in Vietnam.
Vietnamese HCPs interested in accessing HCDC’s educational content can download the Docquity app on Google Play or the Apple App Store and subscribe to the HCDC channel for comprehensive updates.
This initiative marks a significant step forward in Vietnam’s healthcare education, reinforcing the importance of preventive medicine in building healthier communities.
